3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications including SAP, legacy systems, and internally developed business solutions
  •  Analyze business requirements and implement scalable system enhancements to improve operational efficiency
  • Design and develop internal web-based in-house applications using modern backend technologies
  • Collaborate with business users to automate manual processes and improve workflow efficiency
  • Maintain application architecture, APIs, databases, and system integrations
  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI technologies to improve business operations and productivity
  • Develop AI-driven automation solutions and proof-of-concept projects
  • Identify emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Administer engineering software including AutoCAD, Siemens NX, MathCAD, and other technical applications
  • Manage software licensing, deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
  • Administer enterprise mass notification and text messaging systems
  • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing technical guidance
  • Manage the complete system lifecycle including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Work on projects, as assigned, to help further the company’s goals
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 0 ~ 2 years of experience or OPT
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Takes initiative, self-motivated
  • Ability to interact with various levels of the organization
  • Ability to build credibility and trust within the organization
  • Bilingual Korean-English is preferring

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 55K ~ 65K   Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
