Conduct the quality investigation and prepare the Root Cause Analysis report for the failures, A Quality Assurance Specialist will be able to be given direction and work independently, providing updates to his/her manager on a timely basis. A Quality Assurance Specialist is expected to have basic knowledge of power transformer manufacturing, inspection process, and general quality assurance tools and will be able  to assist with other tasks as needed.
