Job Purpose 

To support key HR processes across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.

The HR Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR service delivery and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

  • Support onboarding/off boarding procedures and maintain employee records in the HRIS

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs

  • Administer performance management process and collect evaluation results

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify HR-related needs and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 0–3 years of HR-related experience 

  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)

  • Prior experience in a multinational or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of Korean labor law and HR best practices
