3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain HR KPI reports related to hiring, turnover, retention, tenure, and workforce planning.
Develop recurring and ad-hoc HR reports to support business reviews and leadership presentations.
Support HRIS management and improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvement (PI) projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct payroll analysis, including month-over-month variance review, identifying drivers of payroll changes, and validating payroll accuracy.
Support compensation analysis, including pay range distribution and headcount cost analysis.
Assist in analyzing workforce productivity metrics, including headcount efficiency, overtime trends, and department-level performance indicators.
Assist in extracting and compiling HR data from HRIS and related systems to support reporting and analysis.
Maintain HR data accuracy and integrity across internal systems by identifying discrepancies and supporting data validation and cleansing efforts.
Assist in developing dashboards and improving HR reporting processes.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to gather data and provide analytical support.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling compensation, performance, and employee data.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and visual reports.
Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
