3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Collaborate with other departments to identify HR-related needs and provide solutions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Administer performance management process and collect evaluation results
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
Support onboarding/off boarding procedures and maintain employee records in the HRIS
Qualifications
4~15 years of experience in HR, data analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and visual reports.
Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
