3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities

A. Financial Closing & Audit Defense

  • Execute Financial Closing: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes; ensure the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet.

  • Audit Preparation: Prepare necessary supporting documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.

  • Account Maintenance: Maintain General Ledger (GL) accuracy, manage accruals, depreciation, and the clearance of parked or incomplete SAP documents.


B. Operational Support & Plant Accounting (Required for 5+ Years)
  • Asset Support: Assist in the review of the Schedule of Values (SOV) for plant construction; support Construction-In-Progress (CIP) tracking and the final Capitalization process into SAP.

  • Expense & BP Management: Review corporate expenses through Concur and G-FIMS; manage Business Partner (BP) registrations and credit applications.

  • Disbursement Coordinate weekly payment runs and monitor payment blocks;

  • Inventory: lead physical inventory audits and perform variance analysis between book and physical stock.

  • Tax & Compliance: Manage ST-5M (Manufacturing Exemption) applications and renewals; support Sales & Use Tax reporting and ensure compliance with Georgia state regulations.

2. Additional Managerial Responsibilities (Required for 10+ Years)
  • Candidates applying at the Manager level will also take on the following strategic leadership roles:

  • Internal Control & SOP Design: Design and implement Internal Control workflows and

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to strengthen the operational stability of the new facility. oversee intercompany reconciliations and debt/credit confirmations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior accounting staff, optimizing
  • Transfer Pricing & Consolidation: Manage Transfer Pricing logic for sales entities and (COGM) to provide financial insights for executive decision-making.

  • Strategic Cost Analysis: Lead the analysis of the Statement of Cost of Goods Manufactured


 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and cost accounting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills


4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 70K~120K   Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
