1.Job title : HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits
3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Administer and support payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including payroll data entry, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution in coordination with ADP.
Support employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation, by maintaining accurate records and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with HRIS reporting related to payroll, benefits, headcount, and workforce data to support audits, compliance, and internal reporting needs.
Support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws by assisting with documentation, recordkeeping, and payroll- and benefits-related policy implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll and benefits discrepancies and support routine
audits, open enrollment, and vendor reviews.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup, benefits enrollment, COBRA coordination, and final pay processing.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR policies in a timely, accurate, and
professional manner.
Support multi-state payroll and benefits administration, including maintaining awareness of state-specific requirements and changes.
Contribute to payroll, benefits, and HR process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting system or workflow enhancements.
Support general HR operations as needed, including HR documentation management, employee data audits, and administrative HR tasks.
5. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration
Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws related to payroll and benefits
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.
General understanding of HR processes, including employee records management, compliance, and HR operations
Experience working with HRIS databases, data accuracy, and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic reports)
Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
