4. Responsibility

 Administer and support payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including payroll data entry, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution in coordination with ADP.

 Support employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation, by maintaining accurate records and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries.

 Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

 Assist with HRIS reporting related to payroll, benefits, headcount, and workforce data to support audits, compliance, and internal reporting needs.

 Support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws by assisting with documentation, recordkeeping, and payroll- and benefits-related policy implementation.

 Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll and benefits discrepancies and support routine

audits, open enrollment, and vendor reviews.

 Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup, benefits enrollment, COBRA coordination, and final pay processing.

 Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR policies in a timely, accurate, and

professional manner.

 Support multi-state payroll and benefits administration, including maintaining awareness of state-specific requirements and changes.

 Contribute to payroll, benefits, and HR process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting system or workflow enhancements.

 Support general HR operations as needed, including HR documentation management, employee data audits, and administrative HR tasks.

 

5. Qualifications

 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration

 Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws related to payroll and benefits

 Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required.

 General understanding of HR processes, including employee records management, compliance, and HR operations

 Experience working with HRIS databases, data accuracy, and reporting

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic reports)

 Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
