3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

  • Responsibilities:

    Review and validate expense ledger entries and support monthly close processes

    Manage employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions

    Review fixed asset schedules and calculate monthly depreciation expenses

    Monitor and reconcile prepaid expenses on a monthly basis

    Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations during month-end close

    Support financial audits and reviews by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

    Analyze financial data and prepare reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other management reports

    Prepare annual financial statements and internal quarterly financial reports

    Conduct ad hoc projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

    Develop, implement, and uphold proper accounting policies and internal controls

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting principles and provide financial guidance

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 70K~100K  Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
