3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and performance.
- Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery
status.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
- Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines..
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management preferred.
4. Job Type: Full-time
5. Salary: $60k - $80k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
