1.Job title :   Accounting Specialist

2. Location : Montgomery AL, Atlanta GA

3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

  • Responsibilities:
    • Monitor company’s daily cash position
    • Maintain current bank account documentation
    • Collaborate with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A and Payroll departments to ensure that all cash related activities are reported and/or processed accurately
    • Maintain all supporting documents related to Treasury cash activities (ensure all documents/support are saved in a shared folder for access by AP and Accounting team members)
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Assisting Corporate Federal / State Income Tax Return (C-Corp, 1099, etc)
    • Manage Team / Part level Budget, Perform Analysis
    Requirements:
    • Entry ~ +2 years 
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance major
    • EA license is a plus

    • Must be Bilingual (English/Korean) 

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 55K~65K  Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
