3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  
 
Qualifications
 Entry Level
 Engineering Bachelors’ Degree
 Computer skills required including experience with office products and testing software
 Ability to work with mechanical and electrical blueprints and schemes
 Ability to work variable work schedule
 Good verbal & written communication skills / Team-oriented / Self-motivated

- Responsibilities
 Perform high voltage and low voltage tests on power transformers
 Perform Routine / Characteristics / Temperature-rise / Dielectric and Wrap-up tests
 Troubleshoot for failures
 Inspection includes Engineering drawings, outlines and designs, mechanical
schemes, electrical wiring, and overall appearance of power transformers
 Maintain all records for all the transformers
 Write and manage Non-Conforming reports (NCR) when necessary
 Follow-up through correction and get approval before stamping approval for shipping
 Good relationship with customers
 Review the customer specifications and meet the customer’s requirements
 Analyze the test results
 Release the test reports to customers
 Accessories and LCP(Local control panel) tests
 Work with design and production teams
 Support and improve the testing procedures
 Maintain and manage the testing tools
 Analyze and review for SAT (Site Acceptable Test)

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: $55k - $70k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
