1.Job title : Factory Assistant Shift Manager
2. Location : Cartersville, GA
3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Shift: 7am - 7pm, Friday ~ Sunday / Thursday ~ Sunday (Shift B)
- Shift: 7pm - 7am, Monday ~ Wednesday / Monday ~ Thursday (Shift C)
- Shift: 7pm - 7am, Friday ~ Sunday / Thursday ~ Sunday (Shift D)
Responsibilities
- Assist Site Manager in overseeing daily operations of assigned shift
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve operational objectives
- Maintain and analyze data, prepare reports as needed
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in systems
- Comply with customer’s warehousing policies, procedures, and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations
- Request, train, and evaluate employees from staffing agencies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- 5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or Warehousing preferred
- 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred
- Korean and English Bilingual preferred
4. Job Type: Full-time
5. Salary: $80k - $100k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
