3. Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Finish Good Warehouse Operation Manager in day-to-day operation planning.
  • Staff (Temp) Team Members management including but not limited to Training, Attendance Management, Work Quality / Productivity Management and fill in the roles of any no show Staff when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize finished goods warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of finished goods warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of finished goods stock levels.
  • Monitor and analyze finished goods warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key shipping and logistics providers.

Qualification

  • Warehouse MHE experience preferred.
  • Forklift
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products
4. Job Type: Full-time

5. Salary: $50k - $80k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
