3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound and outbound operations for LG Household & Health Care (cosmetics) and TCS products, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Supervise daily warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Update system with freight received, processed orders, and outbound shipments.
  • Verify accuracy of shipments and prepare detailed reports on order fulfillment results.
  • Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate work to temporary staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with co-workers and temp staff to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure all daily duties are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audits.
  • Perform additional warehouse support tasks as required by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Prior experience handling cosmetics or similar sensitive consumer products is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate warehouse staff and temporary workers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 75K ~ 95K   Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
