3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Sales Execution & Growth: Drive direct sales and business development for Enterprise SSD Controller and SSD product lines.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including Hyperscalers, Enterprise customers and SSD/NAND Flash manufacturing partners in North America, with occasional engagement in Asia and Europe.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted partner to customer engineering and procurement teams, ensuring requirements and qualifications are clearly understood and met. • Sales Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Forecasting & Pipeline: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, providing regular updates on both SSD and controller opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Contract & Pricing Support: Participate in commercial negotiations, supporting volume pricing and agreement processes under senior leadership guidance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Operations teams to represent customer needs and ensure smooth project execution.
- Industry Engagement: Represent at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen visibility and relationships.
Qualifications
- 8 + ~ years of relevant experience in Enterprise SSD/Controller, or NAND-related fields, specializing in sales, product marketing or business development.
- Demonstrated success managing B2B sales cycles, particularly with Hyperscalers, Enterprise customers or major storage OEM/ODMs, including managing large accounts across diverse geographies and time zones.
- Clear understanding of the market dynamics and business landscape for hyperscalers and enterprise customers, combined with a strong working familiarity with NAND, Enterprise SSDs, Controller technology, and Storage Solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully executing go-to-market strategies and collaborating effectively with global sales, marketing and engineering teams.
