3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration – Manage and maintain company documents, records, and reports.
  • Supplies & Asset Management – Purchase, track, and manage office supplies, consumables, and equipment.
  • Facility Support – Assist in maintaining office and plant facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Travel & Event Coordination – Arrange business travel, meetings, and company events.
  • Contract & Procurement – Handle vendor contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Employee Welfare Support – Assist in implementing and managing employee welfare programs.
  • General Administrative Tasks – Provide additional administrative support as requested by management or other departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administration, operations support, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.


4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 60K ~ 80K    Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
