3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Office Administration – Manage and maintain company documents, records, and reports.
- Supplies & Asset Management – Purchase, track, and manage office supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Facility Support – Assist in maintaining office and plant facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Travel & Event Coordination – Arrange business travel, meetings, and company events.
- Contract & Procurement – Handle vendor contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Employee Welfare Support – Assist in implementing and managing employee welfare programs.
- General Administrative Tasks – Provide additional administrative support as requested by management or other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in office administration, operations support, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
4. Job Type: Full-time
5. Salary: 60K ~ 80K Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
