3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:  
  • Responsibilities:
    • Build and manage mid to long-term business forecasts of the full financial statement to assist the business with strategic decision making
    • Manage the annual budgeting process through target setting 
    • Develop and analyze monthly P&L report and business performance
    • Develop achievable short - mid term goals and analyze progress toward goals such as KPIs
    • Provide strategic & financial rationale support Monthly Business reviews and create materials for the executive's meetings between headquarter
    • Assist to analyze and support the execution of internal strategic projects and M&A
    • Ad-hoc strategic projects as needed

    Requirements:
    • Finance/Accounting Knowledge & Background required
    • Proficient PC Skills : MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP preferred
    • Problem solving and communication skills required
    •Strong attention to detail required
    • Bilingual in English and Korean required
    • 8 + years of experience in Finance, Accounting and FP&A required
    • Food Manufacture field experience preferred

4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: 90K~110K  Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
