Warehouse Supervisor (Commerce, CA)

1. Job title : Warehouse Supervisor

2. Location : Commerce, CA

3. Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

  • Logistics

    • Manage a delivery of products to customers. This includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product. 

    • Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.

  • Internal Logistics

    • Handle and manage any internal logistics with other departments like production either by email or face to face.

    •  Resolve any issues and keep improving process proactively to prevent it

  • Order Process

    • Receiving orders and input into the system and print all the ordered list.

    • Make picking plan and picking list.

    • Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out.

  • Inventory

    • Reconcile the physical inventory records with system.

    • - Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment

  • Customer Service

    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

    • Handle and resolve customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required

  • 3~5 years of warehouse or logistics experiences, food industry experiences preferred

  • Communication Skills 

  • Bilingual in English and Korean

  • Ability and know how to deal with high stress situation and how to prioritize works to do

  • Multi-tasking 

  • Teamwork oriented

  • Problem Solving skills

  • "Watch and Learn" skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Freezer Friendly

  • Computer Skills including Excel, Outlook


4. Job Type: Full-time

5. Salary: $60k - $70k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
