3. Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
  • Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Serve as a key collaborative figure with strong interpersonal skills to follow up on customer’s needs.
  • Cultivate a strong customer focus, set goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Enhance data analytics capabilities and drive goals in support of operations cost and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Support execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites and shifts.
  • Analyze data and create regular reports to guide decision making and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably SCM experience).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law across multiple states.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in calculation and measuring of data analytics values.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when utilizing data analytics.


4. Job Type: Full-time

5. Salary: $100k - $120k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
