JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Marketing:
o Develop
and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's
overall objectives and target audience.
o Identify
emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities to inform
strategic decision-making.
o Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Brand Development:
o Define
and manage the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to
differentiate it from competitors and resonate with target customers.
o Ensure
brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
o Leads the internal Creative Services team which includes driving brand health metrics and performance driven copy and value propositions.

Product and Digital Marketing:
o Collaborate
with product development teams to drive the successful launch and promotion of
new products and menu offerings.
o Develop
compelling product messaging, packaging, and pricing strategies to maximize
sales and profitability.
o Oversee the development and
execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website management,
social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
o Leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.

Sales Support:
o Collaborate
with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and
training programs.
o Provide sales support through the creation of marketing collateral, product presentations, and sales incentives to drive revenue growth.

Public Relations:
o Manage media relations and PR
efforts to generate positive publicity and enhance brand reputation.
o Develop relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure media coverage and endorsements for the company and its products.

Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the
marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve
marketing objectives.
o Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize marketing spend.

Leadership and Team Development:
o Lead
a team dedicated to business and franchise development, providing mentorship
and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
o
Promote
cross-departmental collaboration to align business and franchise development
efforts with overall company objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
•
10+ years’ experience in marketing leadership roles
•
Deep
understanding of F&B market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive
landscape
•
Strong leadership and team management skills, with
the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
•
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• F&B industry experience preferred.
