3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
· Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
· Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations & marketing planning
· Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
· Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
· Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
Responsibilities
· Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
· Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
· Collaborate across departments to align advertising, branding, digital operations, supply chain efficiency, and production quality with company goals.
· Oversee the CDO, CMO, SCM and all operation department, and collaborate with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
· Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
· Monitor performance with tracking and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
· Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, franchisee, and stakeholders
· Oversee a company’s overall advertising and product strategy
· Coordinate marketing efforts with the company’s financial and branding goals
Qualifications
· Five or more years of proven experience in executive leadership roles
· Experience in overseeing operations, marketing, development, or other critical functions within a franchise F&B company environment, including sectors such as bakeries, burgers, chicken, tacos, and more.
· Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
· Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
· Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
· Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
· Demonstrated success in leading international or multi-regional operations.
· Proven expertise in managing complex supply chains and production operations
· Demonstrated success in leading international or multi-regional operations
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
4. Job Type: Full-time
5. Salary: $150k - $250k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
