3. Job Duties / Responsibilities: 


Responsibilities


 Financial Forecasting: Compile and report on projected financial outcomes to support accurate

forecasting and budgeting within the business office.

 Financial Settlement: Oversee the financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate account settlements for the business division.

 Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for both scheduled and spontaneous meetings, managing all related materials and ensuring comprehensive follow-ups on actionable items.

 Project Management: Monitor and report on the progress of to-do lists for each team leader in the business office, aligning tasks with company goals and ensuring timely execution.


Qualifications

 Proficient in Korean & English is preferred.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to rapidly assimilate other company-specific applications.

 Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of experience in settlement, accounting, or a related field.

 Exceptional skill in managing financial and numerical data, adhering strictly to a zero-tolerance policy for errors in financial documentation.


4. Job Type: Full-time


5. Salary: $50k - $70k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
