1.Job title : Mobile App Program Manager

3. Job Duties / Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to the following)
- Lead the execution and implementation of new mobile application. Oversee a team of analyst and technical manager to monitor and evaluate app performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Define program success metrics, develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Identify risks and escalate roadblocks to leadership with proposed solutions.
- Devise data-driven strategy focused on customer experience, frequency, retention, and acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives align with business goals.
- Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement, define new capabilities to add to the program; manage product backlog based on prioritization.
- Build business goals at two different levels – brand and customer, with emphasis on driving frequency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Work closely with development teams and key stakeholders to understand the technology constraints for executing new initiatives, ensure final product and/or program reflects business and technical goals. (Note: the app development is largely led through our Korea HQ, closely partnered with our U.S. leads)
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree with minimum 8 years of experience in digital program management, building and executing new program catered towards retail.
- Familiarity with technical jargon, infrastructure, database, digital products & platforms.
- Experience in the QSR space – franchise brand experience highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize.
- Strong knowledge in technical expertise categories - planning & programming and process optimization.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, provide coaching to those with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- People management experience a must
- Proficiency in analytic tools and programming languages – SQL, Python, R, SAS.
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
4. Job Type: Full-time
5. Salary: $110k - $150k Yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
