Finance Specialist or Finance Manager (LA)

3. Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

  •  Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
  • Prepare documentation for External Auditors
  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the Finance Director if it is necessary
  • Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the Finance Director in running audits
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Delegate financial responsibilities to the finance department
  • General accounting: recording, verifying, and consolidating transactions, preparing and recording journal entries, and reconciling account balances
  • Financial statements: Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents to summarize financial status
  • Month-end and year-end close: supporting month-end and year-end close procedures
  • Leadership: Guiding finance personnel in daily tasks, reviewing financial data to make forecasting decisions, and communicating with company executives about financial strategies

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


    • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, business administration, or a related field
    • 5 ~ 10 years of general accounting experience, either in public accounting firm or in a private corporate environment (Especially food manufacturing fied)
    • An experience using the SAP ERP system is required
    • A master' degree in accountancy is a plus
    • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus
    • Must be Bilingual (English/Korean)
